How to use
- Press button on center of fan to operate. Press the button:
- 1: On at Low speed
- 2: Medium speed
- 3: High speed
- 4: Off
- To charge, plug the mini USB cable into fan.
- Charging: Blinking red light on button
- Fully charged: Red constant light on button
Care Instructions
- Spot clean with a damp cloth on plastic portion only.
- Avoid overcharging the product or charging it overnight to preserve its battery life.
- As this is an electronic product, strictly do not submerge or wet the product or expose it to excessive heat.
- Take care to ensure no foreign objects falls into the air vents as this may cause the fan blades to stall or fan to malfunction.
- Refrain from dropping the product.
- Take care to ensure the character print is not be exposed to sharp or rough objects. This ensures the print is preserved in its optimal condition.
Safety
Do not leave the product to charge for excessive duration or over night.
After Sale
Each fan has been individually tested and inspected to ensure they are functional when shipped. They are also shipped in bubble wrap to prevent any impact or damage during shipment. Manufacturing defects are solely limited to inability to turn on the fan despite having fully charged the product. In such an event, please contact us within 7 days upon receipt of the item with a video showing the fan being fully charged but not functional. We will provide a 1-to-1 exchange for a new product after we have assess the defect to be due to manufacturing fault. Post-purchase damages to the print are unfortunately not considered a manufacturing defect. Fans that have been tested to be functional but subsequently malfunction following use(s) are strictly not eligible for any exchange or refunds.
